When will I get my order?
If you choose Auckland CBD pickup, your order will usually be ready within 24 hours. For standard shipping within New Zealand, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery once your order has been processed.
How much does shipping cost?
Auckland CBD pickup is completely free. For standard shipping within New Zealand, a flat rate of $10 applies.
Can I return or exchange my order?
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference

Will the bracelet tarnish or fade over time?
Our bracelet bases are made entirely from stainless steel, making them durable and resistant to tarnishing for everyday wear. Most of our classic/chain charms are also made from stainless steel.
For our dangle charms, they feature a premium stainless steel modular link paired with a handcrafted zinc alloy dangle detail.
How do I take care of my bracelet?
To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Gently wipe it with a soft cloth to maintain its finish
