Link'd Studio - Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Link'd Studio! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: All standard orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Custom Orders / Peak Periods: For personalised, custom orders or during high-demand promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

  • Workshop Tickets: Please note that workshop and event bookings do not require physical shipping. Your order confirmation email serves as your digital ticket.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide within New Zealand using trusted courier partners. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days once dispatched.

  • Rural Delivery: Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for rural addresses.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched. Link'd Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at linkd.studionz@gmail.com.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include your order number and photos of the damage in your email so we can investigate the issue with the courier and resolve it for you under our Return Policy.

6. International Shipping

At this stage, Link'd Studio ships exclusively within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping via our website.
