Welcome to Link'd Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, the purchase of our products, and your enrollment or participation in our workshops and events.

By browsing our website, purchasing products, or booking a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing any transaction.

1. General Conditions & Consumer Rights

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts and the Disputes Tribunal.
Consumer Protection: Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or override your legal rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

2. Workshop & Event Bookings

Ticket Purchases: All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation to secure your spot.
Cancellations & Transfers: Because our workshop seats are strictly limited, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong date, or can no longer attend. If you cannot make it, you may transfer your ticket to a friend, provided you notify us via email at least 48 hours before the event starts.
Event Changes or Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that Link'd Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a seat transfer to a future session.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Products

Currency & GST: All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Product Descriptions & Product Variations: We make every effort to display the colours, textures, finishes, and details of our jewellery and components as accurately as possible. However, due to photography lighting, individual screen settings, and the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, size, and charm placement may occur between the product images shown on our website and the item you receive. Such variations are normal, do not affect the quality or functionality of the product, and are not considered defects for the purposes of returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including workshop bookings) if a product or event is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or has an inventory error. If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued immediately.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery & Risk: Risk of loss or damage to physical products passes to you upon delivery to your specified shipping address. Link'd Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to incorrect address entry by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, photography, graphics, website layouts, and product designs on this website are the intellectual property of Link'd Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our brand assets without explicit written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Link'd Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products, website, or participation in our workshops.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide to us (such as your name, email, and billing address) will be collected, used, and stored safely to fulfill your orders and bookings, in strict accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
