Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges if you change your mind, make a wrong selection, or if your circumstances change.
Damages, Faults, and Issues (Your Rights Under the CGA)
We take great care in the quality of our products, but if something goes wrong, we are here to help. For New Zealand customers, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately at linkd.studionz@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.
How to Process a Return for Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please follow our return process:
- Contact Us: To start a return assessment, email us at linkd.studionz@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase, along with details (and photos, if possible) of the issue.
- Eligibility: For an assessment or remedy, the item must be returned with all its original components, tags, and packaging where possible.
- Return Assessment: Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. Once we evaluate the issue and confirm the fault, we will email you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: Returns will need to be sent using the provided label.
If the item is genuinely faulty or incorrect, we will fully resolve the issue immediately by providing a repair, replacement, or full refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Under no circumstances can we accept returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, or custom/personalised orders unless they are legally deemed faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
